The Association of Otolaryngologists of India, Puducherry Chapter, in collaboration with Oncoheal Cancer Centre, Puducherry, organized an academic programme, on Sunday, 31st July 2022, at Hotel Accord, Puducherry. It included two eminent speakers, giving an insightful talk on cutting-edge treatments and multidisciplinary approaches in oncology. The first speaker of the day was Dr. P. Ravisankar, Surgical oncologist at Oncoheal Cancer Centre, speaking about “Recent Advances in Head and Neck Cancers”. The next expert talk was by Dr. Pandian Baskar Rao, Medical Oncologist, at Oncoheal Cancer Centre, on “Role of Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in Head and Neck Cancers. Overall, the session was a wonderful platform for all attendees and professionals to discuss important strategies in the management of Head and Neck Cancers, making it a great success.
