The AOI Puducherry Chapter is dedicated to the growth and excellence of young ENT surgeons by providing access to state-of-the-art content needed to improve their medical and surgical skills, empowering them to deliver superior patient care. We aim to create opportunities for through workshops, seminars, panel discussions and other mentorship programs. By building a robust network of experienced practitioners and peers, we facilitate the exchange of insights amongst some of the best practitioners.

We are committed to nurturing a culture of innovation and research, encouraging young surgeons to pioneer advancements in otolaryngology. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of holistic patient care by engaging residents in learning compassionate, evidence-based approaches to treatment.
